Daily Bodyweight Exercise- Neck Extensions

YOUR CURE TO A PENCIL NECK!

Get your elbows up and back at the top. Then pull your head down and resist on the downward motion.

Do 1 set of 15 reps once a day for 2 week. Then switch to 2 sets every other day and then 3 sets 3 times a week. When you first start doing something- anytime you have a new type of stress you don’t need that much to make progress. You want small amounts of stress.
