Chicken Curry Wraps


This Chicken Curry Wrap is packed with flavor which makes it super delicious and the best is it is super easy to make. Get your lunch prepared, put it in a box and take it with you.

4 servings


2 cups skinless, boneless rotisserie chicken breast
1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
3 tablespoons curry powder
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
½ cup celery, sliced
1/2 bunch of cilantro, chopped 2 cups of baby arugula
¼ red onion, thinly sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 teaspoon of Himalayan salt
4 whole grain flat bread


In a bowl toss in chicken, salt, yogurt, garlic, lime juice, celery, curry powder and mix all ingredients well. Cover and allow to marinate in the refrigerator for about 2 ½ hours.

Assemble the wrap with chicken, arugula, onion, and cilantro and then serve.
