½ pound of beef brisket, thinly sliced or any beef
1 zucchini, sliced
½ tomato, sliced
1 cup of mushrooms, sliced
1 cup cauliflower floret, chopped
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon Cholula hot sauce, or any keto friendly hot sauce
2 tablespoon Ghee
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Heat large pot on med-high heat. Add Ghee and garlic until brown.
Add all the veggies and cook until tender.
Next, add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Once beef is cooked, turn off heat.
Plate and serve.
