Pumpkin Protein Smoothie


It’s fall and pumpkin season. And what’s better than a Pumpkin Protein Smoothie?
Try it out. The combination of pumpkin and banana, yogurt is heaven. 

Pumpkin Protein Smoothie glass

1 serving


¼ cup pumpkin puree (not pie filling)
½ banana
¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 tablespoon agave


Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
