Strawberry Cheesecake

INGREDIENTS
- 8oz cream cheese (full fat)
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon honey or agave
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
DIRECTIONS
Mix all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth then place in mini tins and freeze for 1 hour.
