At this stage, we offer the EFX and Mobility Rx training combo, which further enhances your ability to position for optimal force absorption. Sorry about fitness geek talk! Simply put, Mobility Rx improves your flexibility so you can get into ideal joint alignment, while EFX further challenges your ability to maintain that alignment, thereby improving strength and stability! You’re going to know what it feels like to be an elite athlete. Best of all… this isn’t the end- it’s a totally new starting point.

Suspension Training
