Bodyweight Training 2.0 develops your athletic foundation through four primary movement categories, each divided into four subcategories. Every subcategory includes four exercises, for a total of 64 distinct movements.

Each main category, and its 16 subcategories, serves a specific athletic purpose or function:

Floor Exercises systematically improve the strength and control of your hips, spine, and shoulders.

Mobility Exercises build the flexibility and stability needed to move safely through broad, dynamic ranges of motion.

Kneeling Exercises teach smooth, controlled transitions between lying, kneeling, and standing positions.

Standing Exercises integrate all the skills together, challenging you to move efficiently through every plane of motion while maintaining strong posture.
