HOW TO DO LET ME UPS AND LET ME INS
Let Me Ins and Let Me Ups are great rowing exercises that you can do at home to improve posture and increase strength throughout the entire body, especially the back, shoulders, and arms.
The easiest of these exercises is the Let Me In, which can be done with one or both arms using a towel and sturdy door. Check out this video for an example.
To do Let Me Ups, you’ll need to place a bar or suspension straps at about hip height. You can also use a sturdy table or desk. Here’s a video.
An easy home solution, is to buy a pull up bar that hooks into a door way. They only take a second to put up and take down, and no permanent installation is needed. From these pull up bars, you can hang inexpensive suspension straps for Let Me Ins and Let Me Ups. Check out the videos below.
