Bodyweight Training 2.0 makes you stronger, leaner, and more mobile by drilling essential movement skills to efficiently develop your athletic ability and injury resistance. This exercise program systematically improve your joint functions, lying to standing transitions, spacial awareness, rhythm, and balance while strengthening and lengthening your entire body, so you can move through life with ease, pain free. We achieve this goal using a smartly structured routine that progress gradually step-by-step.

You will leave the Mark Lauren Bodyweight Training 2.0 course with an understanding of the principles used to forge elite athletes and how to apply those same principles to your own full body training. With a laser focus, this program identifies and categorizes athletic fundamentals in order to create logical skill based progressions that allow you to more easily and creatively solve life’s problems.

Reintroduction to the basics of athletic ability with rolling and kneeling transitions

How to develop the mobility and stability needed to move safely thru broad ranges of motion
Integrated standing exercises
You’ll learn how to move thru all planes of motion with greater efficiency while standing

Bodyweight Training 2.0 achieves this goal with 4 primary movement categories that each have 4 subcategories. Each subcategory has 4 exercises for a total of 64 movements.

Each of the 4 main categories, as well as the 16 subcategories, have a specific purpose or ‘function’.

Floor Exercises systematically improve the functions of your hips, spine, and shoulders.

Mobility Exercises develop the strength and flexibility needed to move safely through broad and dynamic ranges of motion.

Kneeling Exercises teach you transition with ease between lying, kneeling, and standing positions.

Standing Exercises put it all together by challenging you to move through all planes of motion while maintaining good posture.
