The purpose of Bodyweight Rehab is to easily and systematically create workouts that cover athletic fundamentals for rehabilitation, warm ups/ cool downs, and active recovery. For all things, performance is efficiency. This is a guiding principle. Our goal is to get you the best possible improvement in overall performance with the smallest possible sacrifice of energy.
