ToggleNothing better than waking up and having this breakfast parfait already waiting for you. There are so many ways to make this yummy overnight parfait. You can basically add anything to this breakfast parfait recipe. Add chocolate, granola, fruits, or nuts to this simple yogurt parfait.
INGREDIENTS
3 Servings
- 18oz Greek yogurt, any flavor (or almond yogurt if you don’t eat diary)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- ½ cup almond milk
- 3 cup frozen mixed fruits or berries
- 1 cup old fashion oats (raw)
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 3 lidded tall glasses or mason jars
DIRECTIONS
Mix yogurt, oats, milk, vanilla, and chia seeds in a bowl.
Layer the overnight parfait mix inside each mason jar or tall glass.
Then add fruits or berries. Repeat with yogurt and top with fruits or berries.
Refrigerate this simple yogurt parfait overnight and up to 3 days.
