WITH FRESH HERBS
Tilapia dill in Parchment is a simple, healthy, and romantic dinner recipe. This lemon dill tilapia recipe includes herb baked tilapia in parchment paper on slices of lemon and herbs. By using the parchment paper to bake the herb tilapia, it will steam and lock in the flavors.
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl combine all the ingredients together, except the rice. Cook wild rice as directed on package and set aside.
Prepare 4 sheets of parchment paper (about 12 inches) by folding each sheet in half and placing the herb tilapia mixture on one side of the fold of each sheet. Roll up the sides of the paper making a crescent moon and tuck the end under.
Place parchment lemon dill tilapia on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes. Serve with wild rice.
