ToggleIt’s like a cake but a bread. Banana bread is made of mashed bananas. It’s moist, soft and sweet! Also a good way for using up overripe bananas. INGREDIENTS
- 6 tablespoons Apple Puree (without sugar)
- 300g Oat Flour
- 5 big Bananas
- 2 tablespoons Coconut oil (1 for the baking form)
- 1 tablespoon Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- Pinch of Salt
DIRECTIONS
Mash the bananas with a fork or use a mixer. Add to a bowl with all other ingredients. Mix well!
Pour the healthy vegan banana bread mixture into a greased loaf pan and bake for around 55 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
Remove it from the oven and let it cool for 15-30 min, then serve!
