Banana Blueberry Cookies

IF YOU NEED A SNACK!

Try these delicious Banana Blueberry Cookies. They are sugar free! Instead we are using pitted dates as the fill-in for sugar. Dates are naturally sweet and full of nutrients. Plus, they act like a binder, holding all the other ingredients together. The rolled oats and fruit make these cookies a delectable fast-fuel dessert.

INGREDIENTS

3 bananas, ripe
2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup blueberries, dried
5 dates, pitted and chopped
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoon flaxseed
1 teaspoon of nutmeg
1 teaspoon cinnamon

DIRECTIONS

Preheat over to 350 degrees

In a large bowl, mash the bananas then stir the remaining ingredients. Mix well and let mixture to set for 15 minutes.

Spoon a teaspoonful onto a cookie sheet. Bake for 20 minutes until lightly brown.
