- 3 bananas, ripe
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup blueberries, dried
- 5 dates, pitted and chopped
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons flaxseed
- 1 teaspoon of nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a large bowl, mash the bananas then stir in the remaining ingredients. Mix well and let mixture set for 15 minutes.
Spoon a teaspoonful onto a cookie sheet. Bake for 20 minutes until lightly brown.
