Grilled Chicken Salad with Avocado


A fresh salad with chicken, tomato, avocado, and cheese. It’s great lunch and dinner option to make once a week because of how fresh, healthy, delicious and easy it is to make.

Rub salt and pepper on chicken breasts. Heat pan on medium-high and add Ghee. Once pan is hot, add chicken breasts. Cook 2-3 minutes on each side depending on thickness and repeat until cooked. Place chicken breasts on cutting board and let cool.

In 2 storage containers, divide all of veggies and then top with cheese an pine nuts.

Cut chicken breasts into pieces then divide them on top of the 2 storage containers.

Store containers in the refrigerator until your next scheduled meals.

When ready to serve, drizzle salad dressing on top and enjoy.
