Full Body Home Workout: Bodyweight Strength Training

This is a sample workout based on my upcoming book Strong and Lean: 9-Minute Daily Workouts to Build Your Best Body. Releasing this Fall in the USA and Germany.

This workout requires floor space only. Quickly improve full body strength and mobility. Total duration, with warm up and cool down, is less than 15-minutes. You can use these 9-minute workouts as stand alone sessions or in combination with other 9-minute workouts. This circuit uses the glute bridge, starfish twist, and short kneeling step up to quickly improve strength and mobility. Enjoy!
