INGREDIENTS

- 2 cups organic skinless, boneless rotisserie chicken breast
- 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 3 tablespoons curry powder
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- ½ cup celery, sliced
- 1/2 bunch of cilantro, chopped 2 cups of baby arugula
- ¼ red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon of Himalayan salt
- 4 whole grain flat bread
DIRECTIONS
In a bowl toss in chicken, salt, yogurt, garlic, lime juice, celery, curry powder and mix all ingredients well. Cover and allow to marinate in the refrigerator for about 2 ½ hours.
Assemble the wrap with chicken, arugula, onion, and cilantro and then serve.
