Cut tomato and onions. Cut top off of the sour dough roll. Remove the bread filling in the middle.
Cracking Eggs in Breakfast Bowl

Put the Canadian bacon, onions and tomatoes in the bread bowl. Add salt and pepper (optional) to the healthy breakfast bowl. Add spinach to the bread bowl.

Sprinkling parsley on Breakfast Bowl

Add the eggs to the bread bowl. Place the mozzarella cheese on top. Bake with 350 for 20-30 minutes. Garnish this bread breakfast bowl with parsley and enjoy!
