Breakfast Bowl

1 Bread
2 Eggs
1 Onion
1 Tomato
Spinach, handful
Cheese, optional
Salt and pepper, optional


Cut tomato and onions. Cut top off of the sour dough roll. Remove the bread filling in the middle.

Put the Canadian bacon, onions and tomatoes in the bread bowl. Add salt and pepper (optional). Add spinach to the bread bowl.

Add the eggs to the bread bowl. Place the mozzarella cheese on top. Bake with 350 for 20-30 minutes. Garnish with parsley and enjoy!
