Almond Joy Smoothie



Not only delicious, it is super healthy too! 

Use it for your little treat once in a while or to improve your mood. Similar to spinach, eating chocolate releases serotonin. But it also releases endorphins which relaxes you. Almond milk is a great dietary source for Vitamin D. We all need our daily dose of vitamin D. Sit outside in the sun for 5-20 minutes and enjoy your smoothie. It will improve your mood and your attitude.

1 Serving

1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tablespoon almond butter
2 scoops chocolate plant-based protein powder
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon coconut oil

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
