Pull Ups and Chin Ups are are great exercises for developing your back, shoulders, biceps, and forearms. If done correctly, they’re also a great tool for improving overhead arm positioning, flexibility, and posture. There are a lot of creative ways to do these exercises at home, a park, or a playground.
