9-Minute Bodyweight Workouts

These consist of 3 exercises. We do a 40/20, 45/15 or 50/10 work and rest interval. We did two of these nine minute quick bodyweight circuits on Facebook. This time we used a 45/15 work to rest ratio. So 45 seconds work, followed by 15 seconds rest. 3 exercises back to back and we are going to repeat that for 3 rounds which is nine minutes.
