INGREDIENTS
- 3 eggs
- Handful of spinach
- Handful of cheese
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 avocado
DIRECTIONS
Heat pan on med-high heat. Add butter then crack eggs into pan. Scramble the eggs then add spinach, cheese and a pinch of salt and pepper. Cook until eggs are a little runny then move to plate, add avocado and serve.
