ToggleThis is an excellent strength training session that I stumbled on thru my usual experimentation. You’ll be seeing this one at Mark Lauren On Demand soon! I combined three exercises to cover all the major muscles of the body using 60s/10s work to rest intervals for three rounds.

- Rollouts- abs, hip flexors, chest, lats, triceps, quads
- Let Me Ups- lats, upper back, biceps, forearms, glutes, hamstrings, spinal erectors
- Pistol Squats- glutes, quads, hamstrings, spinal erectors
