- Drop Thrust- for this exercise, you're transitioning between an athletic ready stance and the starting position of a push up.
- Negative Pull Ups- cheat yourself up to the top of a pull up and control the way down using a slow 5-second negative. You can use a band to make this exercise easier.
- Cossack Squat- this is basically a very deep side lunge where you turn the knee toes of the extended leg up towards the sky. Give yourself time to sink into position and lift your chest.
